octopus salad and potatoes

Ingredients:
1 kg of octopus
1 small onion
1 stalk of celery
1 red pepper

Preparation
In a saucepan bring to boil the water with the whole onion, celery and red pepper.
When the water has reached a boil, soak several times the tentacles of the octopus until it will be curled. Now put the octopus with a lid and cook for 40 minutes and then let it cool. Then cut it into small pieces. You can help with a scissors. Take the potatoes previously cooked and diced (there are two procedures to cook: you can cut first and then cook for 15 'or cook the potatoes with the skin for 25' and then deprive them of the peel and cut) and add to the octopus in a saucepan, add a little oil, salt and parsley. You can serve your salad of octopus with potatoes!
