Pumpkin Rice

Ingredients: 
- 350 gr. rice 
- 300 gr. pumpkin 
- ½ cup of white wine 
- 1 onion 
- parsley 
- parmesan 
- Oil 
- 100g of cream 
- Vegetable broth 
- Q.s. salt 
- Q.s. pepper 
 
Preparation: 
Clean the pumpkin, remove the seeds and filaments, cut into small pieces and then put it in a pan with a ladle of broth, olive oil, salt, onion and pepper, raise the heat and stir for a few seconds. Add the rice and let thicken, stirring constantly. Cook the rice, adding the broth, a ladle at a time when the former is absorbed, and adjust sale.A Now add the cream and stir. Serve cooked, add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper and serve.
